The Number of Photos and Objects for Suspect Identification Must Ensure How Many?
Clause 1, Article 190 of the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code regulates identification as follows:
When necessary, the Investigator may present a person, photo, or object for a witness, victim or suspect to identify.
The number of persons, photos, or objects presented for identification must be at least three and their appearances must be similar, except in the case of identifying a corpse.
Before conducting the identification, the Investigator must notify the Procuracy of the same level to appoint a Procurator to oversee the identification. The Procurator must be present to oversee the identification. If the Procurator is absent, it must be clearly recorded in the identification report.
...
Thus, in principle, when conducting the identification, the number of persons, photos, or objects presented for identification must be at least three and their appearances must be similar, except in the case of identifying a corpse.
Respectfully!
