Regulations Supplemented in the Issuance of Inspector Identification Cards
Based on Point c, Clause 5, Article 1 of the amended Judicial Expertise Law 2020 (effective from January 1, 2021) which provides for the addition of Clause 4 to Article 9 of the Judicial Expertise Law 2012 regarding the issuance of judicial expert cards as follows:
- Individuals appointed as judicial experts shall be issued judicial expert cards.
The authority to appoint judicial experts as stipulated in Clause 1 of this Article holds the authority to issue new or replacement judicial expert cards.
The model of the card, the procedures, and the process for issuing new or replacement judicial expert cards are conducted in accordance with the regulations of the Minister of Justice.
The above constitutes the regulation regarding the issuance of judicial expert cards as supplemented by the new provisions.
