Regulations on Criminal Record Certificates in the Dossiers for Judicial Expert Appointment Proposal
Based on Point b, Clause 4, Article 1 of the amended 2020 Law on Judicial Expertise (effective from January 1, 2021) stipulating cases exempted from submitting a Criminal Record Certificate as follows:
Curriculum Vitae and Criminal Record Certificate. In cases where the person proposed for appointment as a judicial expert is an official and public employee, army officer, people's police officer, professional soldier, or defense worker, a Criminal Record Certificate is not required.
The above are the cases where the person proposed for appointment as a judicial expert is exempted from submitting a Criminal Record Certificate according to the newly issued regulations.
