Provisions for a Meal Tray for 6 Inmates Include What?
Clause 4, Article 7 of Decree 133/2020/ND-CP (Effective from December 15, 2020) stipulates the food policies for inmates as follows:
- Each sub-camp of a prison facility shall establish at least one collective kitchen. The standard provision of kitchen utensils for a collective kitchen serving 100 inmates includes: 01 food cabinet with mesh or glass cover, 03 large pans, 01 small pan, 01 large pot used for 03 years; various types of knives, cutting boards, dishwashing basins, baskets, bowls, chopsticks used for 01 year, and other necessary cooking utensils and equipment to serve cooking and portioning meals for inmates.
- Kitchen utensils for a dining table serving 06 inmates include 01 food cover, 01 pot for rice, 01 pot for soup used for 02 years; 02 food plates, 01 dipping sauce bowl, 01 rice ladle, 01 soup ladle used for 01 year.
- Kitchen utensils for an individual inmate meal include 01 set of food containers with 04 compartments or a tray with 05 compartments made of specialized plastic for food holding and 01 plastic spoon used for 02 years.
According to the above provisions, the standard provision of kitchen utensils for a dining table serving 06 inmates includes:
- 01 food cover, 01 pot for rice, 01 pot for soup used for 02 years;
- 02 food plates, 01 dipping sauce bowl, 01 rice ladle, 01 soup ladle used for 01 year.
