Proposal Document for Judicial Expert Appointment
Pursuant to Point a, Clause 4, Article 1 of the Amended Law on Judicial Expertise 2020 (effective from January 1, 2021), the documents requesting the appointment of judicial examiners are stipulated as follows:
The written request for the appointment of judicial examiners by an agency or organization with the authority to make such a proposal, as stipulated in Clause 2, Article 9 of this Law, or a personal request for appointment by an individual who has been a judicial examiner but was dismissed due to retirement or cessation of work to establish a Judicial Expertise Office.
The above is the regulation on the written request for the appointment of judicial examiners as per the newly applied provisions.
