Pursuant to Clause 6, Article 234 of the 2015 Civil Procedure Code:
- Not to wear hats, headgear, or colored glasses in the courtroom, except for legitimate reasons and with the consent of the presiding judge; not to use mobile phones, not to smoke, not to eat or drink in the courtroom or engage in other behaviors that affect the solemnity of the trial.
Therefore, if you have a legitimate reason such as being bald and with the consent of the presiding judge, you may still wear a hat when entering the courtroom.
