Is it mandatory to display the National Emblem in courtrooms?

According to the legal provisions on civil procedure, is it necessary to arrange the national emblem in the courtroom for the first-instance trial? If so, what are the specific regulations?

Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 224 of the Civil Procedure Code 2015, it is stipulated:

  1. The national emblem of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam shall be hung in the center above the courtroom and above the seating of the Trial Panel.

  2. The courtroom must have separate areas arranged for the Trial Panel, Prosecutors, Court Clerks, litigants, persons protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the litigants, other participants in the proceedings, and attendees of the trial.

Thus, according to the above stipulation, the national emblem of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam must be hung in the center above the courtroom and above the seating of the Trial Panel.

Respectfully!
