Who are the practitioners of medical examination and treatment in the military of Vietnam?
Based on Clause 1, Article 4 of Decree 50/2019/ND-CP, practitioners of medical examination and treatment in the military are regulated as follows:
Practitioners of medical examination and treatment at medical facilities under the Ministry of National Defense include those specified in Article 17 of the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment.
According to Article 17 of the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment 2009:

Doctors, physicians

Nurses
-
Midwives
-
Technicians
-
Traditional medicine practitioners
-
Individuals who possess traditional medicinal remedies or methods for treatment
Thus, doctors, physicians, nurses, midwives, technicians, traditional medicine practitioners, individuals who possess traditional medicinal remedies or methods for treatment are the practitioners of medical examination and treatment in the military.
What are organizational structures of military medical examination and treatment facilities in Vietnam?
Clause 2, Article 4 also stipulates the organizational structures of medical examination and treatment facilities under the Ministry of National Defense, including:
a) Hospitals, research institutes with general or specialized inpatient beds (hereinafter collectively referred to as hospitals);
b) Research centers, convalescent centers with inpatient beds (hereinafter collectively referred to as centers);
c) Military medical stations, cryptographic committee medical stations, treatment teams (hereinafter collectively referred to as medical stations);
d) General clinics under military medical agencies, units from regiment level and equivalent upwards;
đ) Specialized clinics, including: Clinics, counseling and preventive treatment; Clinics for occupational disease treatment; Clinics for treating HIV/AIDS (hereinafter collectively referred to as specialized clinics);
e) Military-civilian medical examination and treatment facilities established by competent authorities in accordance with the regulations of the Minister of Health, Minister of National Defense.
