Which group of subjects' feedback regarding COVID-19 vaccination information is handled next?

Pursuant to Section 4 of the Appendix on the process for receiving and responding to feedback from citizens on the COVID-19 vaccination management platform (Enclosed with Official Dispatch 9458/BYT-CNTT of 2021), the process for receiving and responding is stipulated as follows:

Groups of individuals whose feedback will be processed subsequently include:

- Attached file is a photo taken from the application;- Vaccination certificate from abroad (will follow the processing flow for individuals vaccinated abroad);- Attached file is a photo of the health declaration;- Already processed but there is a second request from the individual vaccinated (duplicate request/feedback);- Vaccine name is not listed in the guidance on the types of vaccines recognized and licensed in Vietnam;- Information does not meet the stipulated interval time between two doses as per the prescribed protocol.
