Where Must Delivery Drivers Get Tested for COVID-19?
Official Dispatch 5886/BYT-MT in 2021 on transportation of goods issued by the Ministry of Health on July 22, 2021, provides the following guidance:
At vehicle gathering points: Free SARS-CoV-2 antigen rapid test kits are provided for vehicle operators and accompanying personnel with a Vehicle Identification Certificate issued within the prescribed period by the Department of Transportation of the provinces, cities directly under the Central Government.
This can be understood as follows: operators of vehicles transporting essential goods, goods serving business production, who have been issued priority green lane identification cards on traffic routes with QR codes (Vehicle Identification Certificates within the prescribed period) by competent authorities, will be tested at the vehicle gathering points.
The vehicle gathering points will be organized locally such as rest stops, passenger bus stations, truck stations, seaports, inland waterway ports, and internode docking points for inland waterway vehicles, etc. Therefore, units can contact local authorities for detailed instructions on Covid-19 testing points.
Respectfully!
