After vaccination

- Monitor the vaccinated person for at least 30 minutes after vaccination at the vaccination site. For vaccination sites using printed screening forms, enter the information of the vaccinated person after vaccination.

- After the monitoring period at the vaccination site, the vaccination site shall provide a confirmation certificate of COVID-19 vaccination according to the form specified in Appendix 4.

- Instruct the vaccinated individuals to closely monitor themselves at home for 24 hours and continue monitoring for 28 days after vaccination, especially during the first 7 days for signs: general condition, mental state, eating, sleeping, breathing, rash, and symptoms at the injection site, and notify healthcare workers if there are any abnormal signs. Follow the advisory content provided in Official Dispatch No. 5488/BYT-KCB of the Ministry of Health dated July 9, 2021, regarding the guidance on ensuring vaccination safety for COVID-19 vaccines.
