What to Bring When Undergoing Military Service Medical Examination?
Regarding your matter, Clause 1, Article 10 of the Joint Circular 16/2016/TTLT-BYT-BQP, which regulates health examinations for military service obligations issued by the Minister of Health and the Ministry of Defense, stipulates that when going for a health examination for military service obligations, you must present the following documents:
- An order for a health examination or health check signed by the Chief Commander of the District Military Command;
- Identification card;
- Any personal health-related documents (if any) to be submitted to the Health Examination Council or the Military Service Health Check Committee.
