2. Annual periodic reports: from the 15th of December of the previous reporting year to the 14th of December of the reporting year

Based on Clause 2, Article 2 of Circular 05/2023/TT-BYT (effective from May 1, 2023), the methods used to send and receive HIV/AIDS periodic reports are as follows:
Frequency and methods of sending and receiving reports
1. Frequency of reporting: quarterly periodic reports and annual periodic reports.
2. Methods of sending and receiving reports: Submitting a hard copy report in person; Sending a report via the email system; Submitting a report online through the HIV/AIDS activity reporting software application.
3. HIV/AIDS activity reports must be signed, sealed, and archived in accordance with the regulations on documents and archives.
As regulations above, HIV/AIDS activity reports can be submitted in person in hard copy, via the email system, or online through the HIV/AIDS activity reporting software application.
How to report HIV/AIDS prevention and control activities at the provincial level in 2023 in Vietnam?
Based on Article 6 of Circular 05/2023/TT-BYT (effective from May 1, 2023), the report HIV/AIDS prevention and control activities at the provincial level in 2023 in Vietnam are as follows:
Content, subjects, and reporting procedures at the provincial level
1. Reporting content
a) District Health Centers report according to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 5 of this Circular.
b) The agencies and organizations specified in points b, c, and d, Clause 2 of this Article report quarterly and annual results of activities according to the provisions of point b, Clause 1, Article 5 and early diagnosis of HIV infection for children under 18 months old, service points, funding for the implementation of HIV/AIDS prevention and control services, and health insurance according to the corresponding forms for each activity specified in Annexes 4 and 5 attached to this Circular.
2. Reporting unit
a) District Health Centers.
b) Agencies and organizations under the management of the Provincial People's Committee that carry out HIV/AIDS prevention and control activities.
c) Agencies and organizations under the Ministry of Health and other ministries, departments that carry out HIV/AIDS prevention and control activities in the province.
d) Other agencies, organizations, and units that do not fall under the cases specified in points a, b, and c of this Article that carry out HIV/AIDS prevention and control activities in the province.
3. Receiving and summarizing unit: The Provincial Center for Disease Control or the Hospital for Tropical Diseases of Hung Yen Province and the Hospital for Tropical Diseases of Hai Duong Province (hereinafter referred to as the provincial HIV/AIDS prevention and control reporting unit) receives and summarizes reports according to the provisions of point b, Clause 1 of this Article.
4. Reporting deadline: The units specified in Clause 2 of this Article submit reports to the provincial HIV/AIDS prevention and control reporting unit no later than the 19th day of the last month of the reporting period.
