Based on the Procedure for verifying information of the people on the COVID-19 Vaccination Management Platform (Attached to Official Letter 9438/BYT-CNTT in 2021 as follows:

Based on the information of the vaccinated people (including 04 mandatory information: Full name, Gender, Date of birth, ID card number) on the COVID-19 Vaccination Management Platform shared, connected to the national population database, the Ministry of Public Security will verify and compare the information of the people in the national population database as follows:

1. In case the information of the people from the COVID-19 Vaccination Management Platform matches the information in the national population database: The Ministry of Public Security will verify and transfer the comparison results (correct/incorrect) to the Ministry of Health to create a list on the COVID-19 Vaccination Management Platform for the People's Committee at commune, ward, town/ vaccination facility to sign the digital certificate, electronic confirmation on the Platform. In the absence of a digital certificate, the Chairman of the People's Committee at commune, ward, town/Head of the vaccination facility shall preside over the preparation of a record among the relevant parties to confirm the accuracy of the data.

2. In case the information of the people from the COVID-19 Vaccination Management Platform does not match, is incomplete, or inaccurate with the information in the national population database:

- The Ministry of Public Security will transfer the comparison results (correct/incorrect) to the Ministry of Health to create a list on the COVID-19 Vaccination Management Platform for the People's Committee at commune, ward, town/ vaccination facility to trace, handle.

- The People's Committee at commune, ward, town will instruct the Health sector/ vaccination facility to coordinate with the Police sector to supplement missing information, correct inaccurate information, and conduct verification. No verification is required for non-Vietnamese people.

- After reviewing and cleaning up the information of the people, the People's Committee at commune, ward, town will instruct the Health sector/ vaccination facility to update the information of the people, sign the digital certificate, electronic confirmation on the Platform. In the absence of a digital certificate, the Chairman of the People's Committee at commune, ward, town/Head of the vaccination facility shall preside over the preparation of a record among the relevant parties to confirm the accuracy of the data.
