What is the Minimum Age Requirement for Sperm Donation?
According to Clause 1, Article 6 of the Law on Donation, Procurement, and Transplantation of Human Tissues, Organs and Bodies of 2006, it is stipulated as follows:
Males from twenty years of age and older, and females from eighteen years of age and older, who have full civil capacity, have the right to donate and receive sperm, ovum, and embryos in artificial insemination in accordance with the law.
=> Therefore, under this regulation, if you are twenty years of age or older and have full civil capacity, you may donate sperm.
Additionally, the donation and receipt of sperm in artificial insemination are conducted according to the regulations of the Government of Vietnam.
The above is a response regarding the eligible age to donate sperm.
