Pursuant to Clause 2 Article 4 of the Circular 18/2019/TT-BYT, the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in Vietnam shall contain these following content:
- Name of the issuing authority;
- Date of issue;
- Expiration date (if the expiration date is not written on the certificate, documents including an assessment report or periodic inspection record are required to prove that the manufacturer still maintains its fulfillment of food safety conditions);
- Full name and signature of the person issuing the certificate;
- Name and address of the certificate holder;
- Scope covered by the certificate;
- Dosage form or name of the product certified.
