Two Methods for Health Declaration Before Entry

Based on Clause 1, Section I, Chapter II of the COVID-19 quarantine and epidemic prevention guidelines for entrants as per Decision 3092/QD-BYT in 2021, it is mandated that entrants must perform the following procedures before entering the country:

Submit a health declaration via the VHD/Bluezone app on a smartphone or on the website https://tokhaiyte.vn within 36 hours before the scheduled departure time at the point of exit, save the QR code on the smartphone, or print the QR code on paper (for special cases: elderly, children, disabled individuals not using smartphones) to present at the point of entry.

Thus, there are two ways to submit a health declaration: via the VHD/Bluezone app on a smartphone or on the website https://tokhaiyte.vn within 36 hours before the scheduled departure time at the point of exit.

However, please note: In case of entry through land border gates or seaports: if the entrant does not use a smartphone and does not have a representative to submit the health declaration, they must submit the health declaration at the point of entry.
