State management of the National Database on Insurance is stipulated in Article 13 of Decree 43/2021/ND-CP, specifically:
- The Government of Vietnam shall uniformly manage the state governance of the National Database on Insurance.
- The Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, and the Ministry of Health, within their respective domains and authorities, shall assist the Government of Vietnam in performing the state management function of the National Database on Insurance.
- Ministries, ministry-level agencies, within their respective duties and authorities, shall assist the Government of Vietnam in performing the state management function of the National Database on Insurance.
