Posthumous Award of the Commemorative Medal for Voluntary Body Donors

According to legal regulations, is it required to posthumously award a Commemorative Medal to voluntary body donors?

Based on Article 25 of the 2006 Law on Donation, Removal, and Transplantation of Human Tissues and Organs and Donation of Bodies, the provisions are as follows:

Persons who have donated body parts after their death or donated their bodies shall be posthumously awarded the Medal for People's Health in accordance with the regulations of the Minister of Health.

Thus, based on the above provisions, it can be seen that persons who donate their bodies after death will be posthumously awarded the Medal for People's Health according to the regulations.

Respectfully!
