No Pharmacy Degree: Eligibility to Assume Pharmaceutical Professional Responsibility
Based on Clause 1a, Article 15 of the Law on Pharmacy 2016, which stipulates the conditions for the person responsible for pharmaceutical expertise at a drug manufacturing facility, the pharmaceutical substances, excipients, and capsule shells are regulated as follows:
The person responsible for pharmaceutical expertise at a drug manufacturing facility must have the professional qualification specified at Point a, Clause 1, Article 13 of this Law and have 05 years of professional practice at an appropriate pharmaceutical facility, except in cases specified at Point c, Clause 1 of this Article.
Referring to Point a, Clause 11, Article 13 of the Law on Pharmacy 2016, the person responsible for pharmaceutical expertise at a drug manufacturing facility must have a university degree in pharmacy (hereinafter referred to as a "Pharmacy Degree").
Based on the above regulations and the information provided, if you do not have a Pharmacy Degree, you do not meet the conditions to be the person responsible for pharmaceutical expertise at a drug manufacturing facility.
