How to manage accounts and connected accounts' access to the National Pharmaceutical Database System?
According to Article 8 of the Regulation on the management and use of the National Pharmaceutical Database System issued together with Decision 412/2020/QD-BYT on account management, linked accounts are prescribed as follows:
- The head of the unit or the head of the facility is responsible for receiving, assigning, and managing accounts and/or linked accounts and authorizing in writing the assignment of accounts to responsible individuals within the management unit for use.
- Organizations and individuals, after receiving an account and/or linked account, are responsible for changing the initial password immediately after being provided and for managing the new password. The password must be strong enough to ensure information security, with a minimum of 08 characters, including letters, numbers, uppercase, lowercase, and special characters (e.g., @Abcd1234).
- In case of password loss, account information change, or unit information change, a written notice must be sent to the unit per the hierarchy specified in Clause 1, Article 7 of this Regulation.
- In the event that a pharmaceutical business facility or a medical examination and treatment facility does not generate data for 03 months on the System, the unit that issued the account is responsible for locking the account of that facility.
