Employer Fails to Organize Communication for Employees on Infectious Disease Prevention, Fined Up to 50 Million VND
Pursuant to Clause 1h Article 5 of Decree 176/2013/ND-CP stipulates as follows:
Warning or monetary fine for failing to organize annual communication on infectious disease prevention and control for employees according to one of the following levels:
+ A fine ranging from 15,000,000 VND to 20,000,000 VND for establishments employing from 1,500 to less than 2,500 employees;
+ A fine ranging from 20,000,000 VND to 25,000,000 VND for establishments employing 2,500 employees or more.
Pursuant to Clause 5 Article 4 of Decree 176/2013/ND-CP stipulates as follows:
+ The fine levels stipulated in Chapter II of this Decree are fines for individuals. For the same administrative violation, the fine for organizations is double the fine for individuals.
Thus, in the case of a company with 3,000 employees that fails to organize annual communication on infectious disease prevention and control for its employees, the maximum fine can be up to 50,000,000 VND.
