Declaration of Health Prior to Entry via the Website https://tokhaiyte.vn: Is It Possible?

Based on Clause 1, Section I, Chapter II of the guidelines for medical quarantine to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic for incoming travelers attached to Decision 3092/QD-BYT in 2021, it is stipulated that before entry, incoming travelers must fulfill the following requirements:

Declare medical status through the VHD/Bluezone application on a smartphone or on the website https://tokhaiyte.vn within 36 hours before the expected departure time at the border gate, save the QR code on the smartphone or print the QR code on paper (in special cases: elderly, children, disabled persons who do not use smartphones) to present at the border gate.

Thus, there are two ways to declare medical status: through the VHD/Bluezone application on a smartphone or on the website https://tokhaiyte.vn within 36 hours before the expected departure time at the border gate. Therefore, you can make the declaration on the website https://tokhaiyte.vn.

However, please note: In the case of entry via land border gates, port border gates: if the incoming traveler does not use a smartphone and does not have someone to declare the medical status on their behalf, then the medical declaration should be made at the border gate where the entry occurs.
