Therefore, failing to implement personal protective measures (not wearing masks) can incur fines ranging from VND 1,000,000 to VND 3,000,000. Consequently, in the case of your aunt, the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee has the authority to impose sanctions for the act of not wearing a mask.
