The medical consultant must be an obstetrics specialist and must fully advise on the content as stipulated in Article 15 of this Decree. The legal consultant must have at least a bachelor's degree in law and must fully advise on the content as stipulated in Article 16 of this Decree. The psychological consultant must have at least a university degree in psychology and must fully advise on the content as stipulated in Article 17 of this Decree.
