Assessment of Knowledge on Food Safety Only Through Multiple-Choice Testing?
Based on Clause 2a and Clause 5, Article 18 of Circular 38/2018/TT-BNNPTNT stipulating the issuance of certificates of knowledge on food safety for owners and individuals directly involved in the production and trading of agricultural, forestry, and aquatic products (hereinafter referred to as knowledge certificates on food safety) as follows:
- Entities eligible for the issuance of knowledge certificates on food safety:
+ Owners of production and trading establishments: The owner or the person hired by the owner, authorized to directly manage the production and trading activities of agricultural, forestry, and aquatic food products;
+ Individuals directly involved in the production and trading: Those participating directly in the stages of production and trading of agricultural, forestry, and aquatic food products at the establishments.
- The appraisal and evaluation of knowledge on food safety are conducted through a set of multiple-choice questions consisting of 30 questions, including 20 on general knowledge and 10 on specialized knowledge, with a total evaluation time of 45 minutes.
Thus, the appraisal and evaluation of knowledge on food safety are conducted through a set of multiple-choice questions consisting of 20 general knowledge questions and 10 specialized knowledge questions.
