Advisory Content for Functional Foods

According to Clause 3, Article 27 of Decree 15/2018/ND-CP regulating health protection foods:

- It must be accompanied by the disclaimer "This product is not a medicine and is not a substitute for medicinal treatment"; the text must be clear and have a color that contrasts with the background color;

- Advertisements on radio and television must clearly read the disclaimer as stipulated;

- For radio and television advertisements with a duration of less than 15 seconds, there is no requirement to read "This product is not a medicine and is not a substitute for medicinal treatment," but the disclaimer must be displayed in the advertisement.
