Where is the district-level land use planning publicly announced?
Clause 1 Article 6 of the Law on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Provisions of 37 Laws Related to Planning 2018 (Amending Article 48 of the Land Law 2013) stipulates the public announcement of land use planning and plans as follows:
[...] The entire content of district-level land use planning, after being approved by the competent state authority, must be publicly announced according to the following regulations:
- The district-level People's Committee is responsible for publicly announcing the district-level land use planning at its headquarters, on the electronic portal of the district-level People's Committee; publicly announcing the content of district-level land use planning related to communes, wards, commune-level towns at the headquarters of commune-level People's Committees;
- The public announcement must be made no later than 15 days from the date of approval by the competent state authority;
- The announcement must be maintained throughout the land use planning period.
According to the above regulations, the district-level land use planning is publicly announced at the headquarters of the district-level People's Committee and on the electronic portal of the district-level People's Committee.
