Where to pay the appraisal fee for exploration projects with water flow from 3,000 m3/day and night to less than 10,000 m3/day and night in Vietnam?
According to the provisions in Article 2 of Circular 01/2022/TT-BTC on fee payers and fee collection organizations as follows:
1. Fee payers are agencies, organizations, and individuals (including households) that request to issue, extend, adjust the content, and re-issue water resources licenses and practice underground water drilling.
The fee payer must pay the appraisal fee when submitting the application for issuance, extension, content adjustment, or re-issuance of the license. Fees are paid directly to the collection organization or paid into the fee account awaiting budget payment opened at the State Treasury of the fee collection organization.
2. The Department of Water Resources Management under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment is the fee collection organization specified in this Circular.
According to this Article, the person submitting the appraisal dossier must pay the fee at the Department of Water Resources Management under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment according to the above regulations in Vietnam.
