What are economic and technical labor norms of the national gravity origin point in national gravity network in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Section 1.1 Subsection 1, Part II Economic and technical norms for the national gravity network issued with Circular 19/2021/TT-BTNMT stipulates labor norms as follows:
1.1.1. work content
a) Verify and calibrate absolute gravity measuring devices
- Preparation work: contact work, prepare documents, supplies, measurement books, measuring instruments; Travel by car to the testing and calibration site;
- Check the completeness of auxiliary equipment attached to the absolute gravity measuring device, including: laptop, connecting cables, battery and backup battery;
- Check the balance of the absolute gravity measuring device through the water bubbles of the falling chamber and the spring chamber;
- Check and adjust the voltage of the laser source;
- Check the intensity of the emitted laser beam and the stability of the laser path;
- Check the voltage supplied to the vacuum chamber;
- Check the falling chamber and interference patterns through an interferometer.
b) Verify and calibrate relative gravity measuring devices to determine vertical gradients
- Preparation work: contact work, prepare documents, supplies, measurement books, measuring instruments; Travel by car to the testing and calibration site;
- Check the completeness of auxiliary equipment attached to the gravity measuring device, including: laptop, connecting cables, batteries and backup batteries;
- Check the sensitivity of the elastic system, water bubbles, lights, scale, rotation of the reading screw, operation of the measuring instrument balancing screw;
- Monitor the displacement of the "0" point of the relative gravity measuring device in static and dynamic states;
- Measure and compare the difference in gravitational acceleration measured on the edges of the bottom line with the standard value.
c) Determine the gravitational acceleration at the national gravity origin
- Preparation work: means of measuring absolute gravity, means of measuring vertical gradients, specialized cars and other necessary tools, equipment and materials; contact; Prepare construction site; Determine the measurement time to ensure the best external conditions;
- Measure vertical gradient;
- Measure absolute gravity at the national gravity origin;
- Check and amend measurement books (if any); product delivery.
d) Calculate and process data
- Preparation work: prepare documents, data and necessary equipment;
- Calculate the value of gravitational acceleration at the national gravity origin; synthesize calculation results; product delivery.
d) Determine coordinates
The work of determining the coordinates of the national gravity origin using GNSS technology is applied according to the prescribed norms for building a level 1 base network using GNSS technology in Circular No. 14/2019/TT-BTNMT.
