News Bulletin on Salinity Intrusion Forecasting and Warning: When Is It Issued?
In Clause 3, Article 16 of Decision 03/2020/QD-TTg, there are regulations regarding the issuance of saline intrusion forecast and warning bulletins. To be specific:
- A saline intrusion warning bulletin is issued when the potential for saline intrusion is detected in the warning area;
- A saline intrusion forecast bulletin is issued when saline intrusion is occurring in the forecast area.
