Inspection Regulations for the Readiness and Response of the Police Force in Firefighting and Rescue Operations
Jurisdiction, Responsibilities, and Forms of Inspection for the Readiness of Firefighting and Rescue Work in the Police Force as prescribed in Article 13 of Circular 139/2020/TT-BCA, specifically:
- The Director of the Department of Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue Police and the Director of the Provincial Police conduct unexpected inspections of the readiness for firefighting and rescue work for the units of the Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue Police according to the force system or within their management scope when necessary.
- The Head of the Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue Police Department of the Provincial Police, the Head of the District Police conduct regular inspections of the readiness for firefighting and rescue work every 3 months, and conduct unexpected inspections of the readiness for firefighting and rescue work for the units of the Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue Police within their management scope when necessary.
- The Team Leader, Deputy Team Leader of the Firefighting and Rescue Work Team, the Area Firefighting and Rescue Team, the Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue Police Team on the river under the Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue Police Department, and the Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue Police Team under the District Police frequently inspect the readiness for firefighting and rescue work within their management scope or conduct unexpected inspections when necessary.
- Persons authorized to conduct inspections as stipulated in Clauses 1 and 2 of this Article may authorize in writing their deputies or commanding officers under their management to carry out inspection work.
