Formulation of inspection and acceptance dossiers on products appplying natural resource and environment information technology in Vietnam
Pursuant to Point 6 of Chapter 1 (Norms for inspection and acceptance of database of natural resources and environment sector) of Part II (Economic-technical norms for inspection and acceptance of natural resource IT-applied products) issued together with the Circular 17/2016/TT-BTNMT stipulating as follows:
a) Scope of work
- Inspection of source code as prescribed;
- Inspection of class defined in source code
b) Classification of difficulty

What are regulations on norms for inspection and acceptance of IT infrastructure of natural resources and environment sector in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Chapter III (Norms for inspection and acceptance of IT infrastructure of natural resources and environment sector in Vietnam) of Part II (Economic-technical norms for inspection and acceptance of natural resource IT-applied products) issued together with the Circular 17/2016/TT-BTNMT stipulating as follows:
1. Scope of work
- Formulation of construction supervision diaries
- For the construction of network, installation of IT materials and equipment, accessories and commercial software:
+ Inspection and supervision of construction work carried out by the construction contractor at the site Results of inspection shall be recorded in construction supervision diaries
+ Inspection of construction measures taken by the construction organization
+ Inspection of quantity, external and internal appearance of IT equipment.
+ Inspection of copyright of commercial software (legality, quantity)
+ Participating in acceptance testing
+ Participating in acceptance testing of IT equipment installation
2. Labor norm
Norms for inspection and acceptance of IT infrastructure of natural resources and environment sector shall be applied the same as “The norms for expenses for construction and equipment installation supervision” as prescribed in the Minister of Information and Communications’ Decision No. 993/QD-BTTTT dated July 01, 2011 publishing temporary norms for expenses for project management, expenses for investment consultancy in application of information technology using state budget sources.
