Pursuant to Article 19 of the Circular 15/2022/TT-BTC (takes effect from 01/05/2022) stipulating regulations on purchase support for equipment as follows:

1. Support in the procurement of equipment for boarding and semi-boarding general schools for ethnic minorities; high schools with part-boarding students from career funding. Funds for investment, upgrading and renovation of physical facilities shall be allocated from the development investment capital for the implementation of the Program in accordance with the law on public investment.

Pursuant to Article 20 of the Circular 15/2022/TT-BTC (takes effect from 01/05/2022) stipulating regulations on content and expenditure to support illiteracy eradication for people in ethnic minority areas in Vietnam as follows:

1. Developing documents serving instruction on teaching illiteracy eradication: applying the content and spending levels specified in Clause 1, Article 3 of Circular No. 51/2019/TT-BTC dated August 15, 2019 of the Ministry of Finance guiding guide the formulation of estimates, payment and settlement of expenses for the compilation and appraisal of educational documents of the locality implementing the general education curriculum and textbooks.

5. Expenses to support people to participate in literacy education. Based on the actual situation in the locality and within the allocated state budget, the People's Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities shall request the People's Council of the same level to specify the content and level of support. support to encourage people to participate in literacy learning.

6. Expenses to support learning materials, textbooks, stationery for teachers and students: according to actual arising; provide academic support for students applying the standards of each level of study specified in Clause 6, Article 2 of the Joint Circular No. 109/2009/TTLT/BTC-BGDĐT.
