Title: What is the monthly allowance for heads of poor households and those infected with HIV?

According to Clause 3 Article 5 of Decree 136/2013/ND-CP, the following case is stipulated: Individuals infected with HIV who belong to a poor household and are no longer capable of working, without a pension, monthly social insurance benefits, monthly preferential allowances for people with meritorious services, or other monthly allowances are eligible for monthly assistance.

According to Point e Clause 1 Article 6, the benefit coefficient for the above-mentioned individuals is 1.5 times the standard social assistance level prescribed in Clause 1 Article 4 of Decree 136/2013/ND-CP.

Thus, you are entitled to receive monthly social assistance, and your monthly benefit can be calculated as 1.5 * 270,000 = 405,000 VND. Additionally, according to Clause 3 Article 4 of Decree 136/2013/ND-CP, depending on the economic conditions of the area, the standard assistance level is also subject to the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
