Levels of Support for Employers in Training, Retraining, and Enhancing Occupational Skills to Maintain Employment for Employees Due to Covid-19.
Based on Clause 1, Article 10 of Decision 23/2021/QD-TTg prescribing the payment level for employers providing training, fostering, and enhancing vocational skills to maintain employment for employees due to Covid-19 as follows:
- The maximum financial support for training, fostering, and enhancing vocational skills is 1,500,000 VND per employee per month. The specific support level is calculated based on the actual study time of each profession or each course. In case the vocational training, fostering, and enhancing course has odd days that do not complete a month, the calculation will follow the principle: Under 15 days counts as 1/2 month, 15 days or more counts as 01 month to determine the support level.
For vocational training, fostering, and enhancing courses with costs exceeding the support level as prescribed in this clause, the excess cost shall be borne by the employer.
