Principles for Awarding the Hai Thuong Lan Ong Prize
According to Clause 2, Article 3 of Circular 16/2020/TT-BYT (Effective from December 12, 2020), the awarding of the Hai Thuong Lan Ong prize must ensure the following principles:
- Correct recipients, correct standards, procedures, and processes specified in this Circular;
- Accurate, transparent, democratic, secret ballot, and decision by majority;
- Gender equality in awarding the prize;
- Priority should be given to individuals who are direct workers and those with many innovations in labor and work; achievements obtained under difficult conditions and having a wide scope of influence.
Thus, the awarding of the Hai Thuong Lan Ong prize must ensure the above-listed principles.
