Members, Member Standards of the Vietnam Association for Creativity and Copyright?
Based on Article 8 of the Charter of the Vietnam Association of Creativity and Copyright (approved under Decision 790/QD-BNV of 2021) regulating members and membership standards of the Vietnam Association of Creativity and Copyright as follows:
Members of the Association include: official members and honorary members.
- Official Members:
a) Organizational Members: Vietnamese organizations and enterprises operating in the field of creativity and copyright concerning literary and artistic works, established in accordance with legal regulations, endorsing the Charter of the Association, and voluntarily joining the Association, may become official members of the Association. Each organizational member has one representative participating in the Association. The representative of an organizational member must be a Vietnamese citizen with sufficient authority to decide on issues related to the member's activities within the Association. In cases of delegation, the assigned representative must have adequate decision-making authority and the delegated representative must bear responsibility for that delegation;
b) Individual Members: Vietnamese citizens with full civil capacity, who have been and are currently active in the field of creativity and copyright concerning literary and artistic works according to legal regulations, endorsing the Charter of the Association, and voluntarily joining the Association, may become official members of the Association.
- Honorary Members: Organizations and Vietnamese citizens who do not have the conditions or do not meet the standards to become official members of the Association but have high social prestige, have greatly contributed to the activities of the Association, endorse the Charter of the Association, and voluntarily participate in the Association, will be considered and recognized by the Association as honorary members.
