Management and Use of Finance and Assets of the Vietnam Association of Creativity and Copyright Authors
Based on Article 22 of the Charter of the Vietnam Association of Creativity and Copyrights (Approved pursuant to Decision 790/QD-BNV in 2021) stipulating the management and use of financial resources and assets of the Vietnam Association of Creativity and Copyrights as follows:
The financial resources and assets of the Association shall only be used for the activities of the Association.
The financial resources and assets of the Association, if divided, separated; merged; amalgamated or dissolved, shall be resolved in accordance with the provisions of the law and the Charter of the Association.
The Executive Committee of the Association shall issue Regulations on the management and use of financial resources and assets of the Association, ensuring principles of publicity, transparency, and economy in accordance with the provisions of the law and the Association's charter, purpose, and operational objectives.
