How do general hospitals organize and implement the National Nutrition Strategy?
In Subsection 4, Section IV of the Action Plan for implementing the National Nutrition Strategy until 2025, issued with Decision 1294/QD-BYT in 2022, there are regulations on the organization and implementation of the National Nutrition Strategy by general hospitals as follows:
- General and specialized hospitals at the provincial level and cities under central authority
- Organize the implementation of activities related to nutrition in accordance with current legal documents on hospital nutrition, and report the progress of the Plan to the Department of Health as stipulated.
- Enhance coordination between hospitals with preventive health facilities and primary healthcare facilities to effectively implement nutritional interventions locally.
