Ninh Thuan Grape is one of the geographical indications protected in our country. Ninh Thuan Grape was granted Geographical Indication Registration Certificate No. 00030 on February 07, 2012 by the Intellectual Property Office (Ministry of Science and Technology).
According to the provisions of Clause 7, Article 93 of the Intellectual Property Law 2008, the Geographical Indication Registration Certificate shall be valid indefinitely from the date of issuance.
Thus, it can be understood that the geographical indication of Ninh Thuan Grape is protected indefinitely from February 07, 2012.
