Who Is Eligible for a Laissez-Passer at the Vietnam - Laos Border?
Based on Clause 2 Article 4 of Decree 76/2020/ND-CP, the following entities are eligible to be issued laissez-passer at the Vietnam - Laos border:
Vietnamese citizens with permanent residence in provinces sharing the border with Laos;
Vietnamese citizens without permanent residence in provinces sharing the border with Laos but working in agencies, organizations, or enterprises headquartered in provinces sharing the border with Laos.
The aforementioned are the entities eligible to be issued laissez-passer at the Vietnam - Laos border according to the provisions of Decree 76/2020/ND-CP.
