Where to Obtain Criminal Record Certificate When Having Changed Residence Multiple Times?

Clause 2, Article 47 of the 2009 Law on Judicial Records stipulates the search for information to issue Judicial Record Certificates as follows:

In cases where the person to be issued a Judicial Record Certificate has resided in many provinces or centrally-affiliated cities since reaching 14 years of age or older, the search for judicial record information shall be carried out at the Department of Justice where the request is received and the National Judicial Record Center.

According to the above regulations, in cases where citizens have changed their places of residence multiple times as per the provided information, the search for information to issue the Judicial Record Certificate shall be conducted at the Department of Justice where the request is received (Ho Chi Minh City Department of Justice) and the National Judicial Record Center.
