What Types of Documents Can Prove the Relationship Between Husband and Wife?

Based on Point a Clause 1 Article 6 of Decree 62/2021/ND-CP regulating documents and materials proving personal relationships

Documents and materials proving personal relationships as prescribed at point a, clause 2, Article 20 of the Law on Residence include:

Documents and materials to prove the relationship of husband and wife: Marriage certificate; marital status confirmation; confirmation from the Commune People's Committee or the District People's Committee where there is no commune-level administrative unit where the residence is located;

According to the above regulations, the types of documents that can be used to prove the relationship between husband and wife are the Marriage certificate; marital status confirmation; confirmation from the Commune People's Committee as mentioned above.
