What Documents Are Required for a Job Application?
Section 2, Article 7 of Decree 03/2014/ND-CP stipulates that the application dossier for labor recruitment registration of the employee includes the following documents:
- Labor recruitment registration form according to the template prescribed by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
- Copies of diplomas and certificates proving technical expertise; language, and IT proficiency as required by the position to be recruited;
- Health certificate as prescribed by the Ministry of Health;
- Other necessary documents as prescribed by law.
Thus, based on the legal provisions, the employee needs to prepare a dossier including: Labor recruitment registration form (Job application); Diplomas, certificates; Health certificate, etc.
In practice, depending on the conditions and nature of the job applied for, each enterprise will require applicants to submit different documents.
