Small scar right under the eyebrow: Eligibility for conscription?
According to Article 6 of Circular 45/2019/TT-BCA, specific criteria that citizens who fulfill the obligation to join the People's Police must ensure are as follows:
- Not addicted to drugs or drug precursors.
- Normal hair color and form.
- No skin pigment disorders.
- No tattoos (including cosmetic tattoos) on the skin.
- No ear piercings (for men), as well as no piercings on the nose or other parts of the body to wear jewelry.
- No chronic diseases or social diseases.
- No keloid scars that cause contraction on the head, face, neck, forearms, hands, or feet.
Thus, according to the above regulations, when citizens participate in fulfilling the police service obligation, they must meet the condition of not having keloid scars that cause contraction on the head, face, neck, forearms, hands, or feet. Therefore, if you have a small scar under your eyebrow that is not a keloid scar causing contraction, you can still participate in the police service. However, you should participate in the police service health examination for the most accurate conclusion from the Examination Council.
Sincerely!
