Scar on the chin: Eligibility for police conscription?
According to Article 6 of Circular 45/2019/TT-BCA, the special criteria that citizens who are obligated to participate in the People's Public Security must ensure are as follows:
- Not addicted to drugs or drug precursors.
- Normal hair color and texture.
- No skin pigmentation disorders.
- No tattoos (including tattoo spray) on the skin.
- No ear piercings (for men), nose piercings, or piercings in other parts of the body for wearing jewelry.
- Not suffering from chronic diseases or social diseases.
- No keloid scars on the head, face, neck, forearms, hands, or feet.
Thus, based on the above regulation, in the case that you have a scar on the chin, if it is not a keloid scar, you can still participate in the public security service, without considering other conditions.
