Request for Confirmation of Residency Information from July 1: Where to Proceed?

In Article 17 of Circular 55/2021/TT-BCA, the regulations on confirmation of information regarding residence are specified as follows:

Citizens requesting confirmation of information about their residence can directly go to any residence registration authority nationwide, regardless of the citizen's place of residence, to request the issuance of confirmation of information about their residence or submit a request for confirmation of information about their residence through the National Public Service Portal, the Ministry of Public Security's Public Service Portal, or the Residence Management Public Service Portal.

=> Thus, according to the above regulations, when citizens need to confirm information about their residence, they can either go directly to any residence registration authority nationwide or use the Public Service Portal.
