Passport Photo: White or Blue Background?

According to Clause 1, Article 6 of Circular 29/2016/TT-BCA regulating dossiers for passport issuance, amendments, and supplements as follows:

Dossier includes:

- 01 application form X01;

- 02 recently taken photos, size 4cm x 6cm, front facing, bareheaded, without colored glasses, white background. Children under 09 years old included in the passport with their father or mother must submit 02 photos size 3cm x 4cm;

- Children under 14 years old must submit 01 copy or certified photocopy **** of the birth certificate. If no certification is available, the original must be presented for verification and comparison.

Based on the above regulations, passport photos must be taken with a white background. Additionally, please note the photo size is 4cm x 6cm.
