If a deceased person did not register for body donation, can their body parts be taken?

The deceased did not register to donate the body; can they still have their body parts taken? What are the conditions for taking tissues and body parts from the deceased according to the regulations? Dear Sir/Madam, my child has just passed away, but had not registered to donate the body. However, according to my child's wishes before passing, they wanted to donate their body to science. Now that they hadn't registered, is there any way to donate? Please provide guidance. Thank you.
